1. Knife magazine design:
Install three sets of profile processing cutting tools to reduce tool changing time and increase work efficiency. Common cutting tools can be fixed for long-term use.
The tool changing method is to rotate the tool holder for tool changing and locking, with a tool changing speed of 3 seconds.
2. The adjustment method is handwheel adjustment. Handwheel with counter for precise adjustment, remember the values when processing various profiles. When replacing the profile, adjust it to the desired value. The position adjustment has been completed.
3. Positioned as pneumatic lifting with electric adjustment.
Pneumatic lifting increases the convenience of material placement and retrieval for profiles during work.
Electric adjustment eliminates the need for disassembly of the positioning plate when replacing profiles. The positioning plate can be electrically adjusted up and down.
4. The distance between the front work area and the corner points of the group is shorter, making it more comfortable for the staff to operate.
5. Optimized the circuit design to minimize the stroke of the oil cylinder when there is no useful power. The corner machining time is one-third faster than the same model. Achieve labor-saving, time-saving, and energy-saving.
6. The mechanical transmission structure is composed of an optical axis and a copper sleeve. Under long-term and high load working conditions, the wear is minimal and the service life is the longest.
7. The positioning structure behind the profile makes adjustment more convenient and efficient.
