The high-end color door and window double-sided seamless four position welding machine is the latest seamless plastic steel equipment developed by our factory, which is precisely controlled by a programmable controller (PC). By controlling the system and pneumatic system, a mode for welding strength has been added, especially for software processing of melting and fusion welding during the welding process, ensuring optimal welding strength in different environments, and can be quantitatively adjusted through digital parameters. This plastic steel equipment uses eight cutting tools to directly clean the diagonal seams during the welding process (without the need for a corner cleaning machine), which can perform low gap cleaning on the center and cross shaped center joints, resulting in a beautiful welding surface and high strength. The machine can reach a length of 5 meters and can use four welding positions simultaneously. It has fast processing speed and high quality for large plastic steel door and window components, making it an ideal equipment for plastic steel doors and windows.
