Main performance characteristics:

This equipment adopts AC motor variable frequency speed regulation and related transmission chain to drive each roller. The design ensures that the linear speed of each roller is consistent to meet the needs of hollow glass heating and rolling.

This equipment can be divided into four parts: feeding section, heating section, rolling section, and discharging section.

All rollers are equipped with outer spherical bearings, which have good centering performance and are easy to maintain.

The heating section also uses materials with good thermal insulation properties to achieve energy-saving effects.

In order to obtain more accurate thickness dimensions and reliable sealing performance of the insulating glass in the rolling section, rubber rollers are used for each pressing roller, and measuring devices are installed.

The rubber roller can move vertically, thereby obtaining precise dimensions and uniform pressure along the axis direction of the upper and lower pressure rollers.
