1. The LBXH2000PW vertical insulated glass flat pressing production line is an ideal equipment for producing trough aluminum insulated glass, consisting of seven devices including an upper laminating machine, a cleaning and drying machine, an inspection conveyor, an aluminum frame positioning machine, an automatic laminating machine, a flat pressing laminating machine, and a lower laminating machine. 2. The cleaning machine adopts a fully stainless steel integrated box structure, laser positioning drilling, and high precision. It consists of a cleaning chamber, a spraying chamber, a drying chamber, and other parts, with an external water tank and a powerful fan. Equipped with three pairs of imported DuPont soft bristle brushes for step-by-step cleaning, it can clean coatings and Low-E glass without causing any damage to the coating layer; The stainless steel water tank is separated into two independent compartments, each equipped with a water pump and water filtration device, providing water for cleaning and spraying respectively, effectively exerting water-saving and high cleanliness cleaning performance. The powerful fan adopts circulating air supply and is equipped with two pairs of air knives for step-by-step air drying, which can greatly improve the cleaning speed. Reduce the static impact of external dust on air dried glass, and choose the air supply method according to the environment. The cleaning and air drying effect is particularly good, and the noise is low.

3. The automatic laminating machine adopts automatic positioning, laminating, and pre tightening, without human intervention, and laminating is accurate and fast. Automatically recognize changes in glass height dimensions and automatically adjust the height of the crossbeam. The laminated board has dual retraction positions, and different retraction distances can be set according to the size of the spacer strip to ensure the neatness of the glass laminated board.

4. The pressure plate of the flat press machine is equipped with an air flotation device to protect the glass surface from scratches and contamination. The front pressure plate is equipped with a built-in vacuum adsorption system. Compared with the vacuum generator control system, its characteristic is that this system is not affected by changes in the gas source, which may cause weak adsorption due to the suction force of the rubber suction cup. The unique front and rear material support system raises the front and rear glass plates to the same height for compression, avoiding the wear of the traveling wheel caused by the glass plates on the traveling wheel. At the same time, it solves the problem of misalignment and glass fragments of the finished insulated glass caused by the wear of the traveling wheel during long-term use. The movable board adopts a large stroke removal structure, with a distance of 450mm for personnel to enter and facilitate maintenance and repair.

The entire production line adopts imported PLC and frequency converter control, full Chinese color touch screen operation and display, which conveniently and intuitively reflects the working status of the machine. Alarm data is displayed in real-time on the touch screen, allowing operators to control the operation status of the machine in real time and reduce maintenance difficulty. It has multiple working modes such as automatic lamination inside the board, automatic lamination outside the board, and single pressure. Users can set different stop times, pressing times, and pressing pressures according to the different types of glass, aluminum strips, and butyl rubber, achieving a perfect combination of high speed and high pressure bonding quality! Users can set the initial operating status and double-layer hollow or three-layer hollow according to their actual needs. The humanized and freely adjustable automatic sleep function will automatically enter sleep mode when there is no glass on the machine within the set time. When the glass is on, it will automatically wake up and run, reducing unnecessary power waste and noise, and achieving significant energy-saving effects. Randomly equipped with the Low-E glass recognition system from Japan's OMRON company, it automatically recognizes the Low-E membrane surface and can sound and light alarms, avoiding the inversion of the Low-E insulating glass membrane surface and improving the yield rate.
