The cleaning machine adopts a 3-pair brush design and a LOW-E glass specific brush to avoid film damage.

We can produce ultra long two-layer, three-layer, large and small (unequal) curtain wall insulated glass and special-shaped insulated glass.

Full distance automatic variable frequency speed regulation, equipped with a glass waiting storage section, saving labor waiting time and improving production efficiency.

Hydraulic control of the plate press, servo motor adjusts the size of the upper and lower unequal pieces, and the movable plate can be freely opened, making maintenance convenient and fast.

When laminating glass, the front and rear boxes of the flat press machine are equipped with lever type material support (mechanical hard limit+movable plate suction cup suction) to ensure that the glass will never be misaligned during automatic lamination. The cleaning box, drying box, and air knife are all made of stainless steel, with a beautiful and elegant appearance that will never rust.
